I bought a refurbished iPhone 8 Plus from Argos via Aznu. The Home button, which is essential for setting up the device, doesn’t respond at all. It seems like the phone wasn’t checked before being shipped out.
I managed to get through the Argos call system and was told someone would ring me back, so I hung around, but no one called.
The next day, I called again to ask for a refund, and they said someone would get back to me. Now it’s 6 PM, and still no calls or emails from them.
I needed this phone for a family member heading off on holiday next week, so this has been a pretty poor experience, and I won’t be using Aznu again.

Got my phone yesterday and it appears to be just like new from the factory. It went beyond what I was expecting. Fast delivery and I'm really pleased so far. I would surely recommend AZNU. Thanks a bunch!

I bought a refurbished iPhone 7 from Argos via aznu. The battery dropped from full to empty in just 2 hours while on standby or even when it was off. I only had a 4-minute call, no internet, and no other apps running. It shuts down at 52%. Dealing with Argos customer service was a nightmare; they were rude, dismissive, and refused to acknowledge any issues. They told me not to waste my time, patience, or money! Now, I'm just waiting for it to be 'collected' for a refund, if that even happens.

The phone arrived in top-notch shape, and the service was fantastic as well. You can totally count on aznu.

Everything as promised in the ad, but one thing to note - the phone wasn't packed securely in the box. It was rattling around, and when I got it, the box was actually vibrating. The phone was even on when I opened it up. Other than that, everything else was good.

Encountered a problem with the initial device due to a small scratch on the stylus pen. They handled it well, apologized, and swapped it out for a pristine one right away. Definitely worth the extra cash since eBay refurbished items might have subpar components, but AZNU sticks to genuine Samsung parts. I deducted a star for the trouble with the first phone, but I’m definitely coming back in the future, no doubt about it!

I loved that I was able to do my bit for the planet while snagging a fantastic deal. The checkout process was quick and smooth, and the item showed up in no time, all nicely packed. I ran into an issue trying to get AZNU to take my Mastercard for the payment, and I nearly threw in the towel after a bunch of Not Verified messages(!). But once they finally accepted my payment, everything turned out to be fantastic. My order was confirmed in the early afternoon, and the phone showed up before noon the next day. The Samsung Galaxy S9 is just amazing, and I totally recommend AZNU to anyone.
